Track the location of any of the vehicles in your fleet from our mapping interface. Vehicles fitted with our advanced tracking system send their location back to our servers every 60 seconds so you never lose track of fleet. The software we provide allows you to view the current location / speed / distance travelled & fuel used as well as displaying the precise location of any vehicle in your fleet. It also allows alerts to be setup so you can receive a popup the second a driver breaks your desired speed limit for the vehicle.
Points of Interest allow you to pinpoint locations of interest specific to your company. You can setup alert zones around them to display when any vehicle passes within a custom perimeter. These can either trigger an instant popup on your screen, or text the details to a mobile telephone number of your choice. E.g. Set a point of interest with a 500 metre alert zone for a builders yard, set it to text your mobile phone when one or any of your drivers/vehicles arrives on site. Functions regardless of whether or not your PC is still switched on back at the office.
This function allows replay of any journey made by any vehicle from day one of our installation. You can select any prior date or time, then download the relevant tracked data for your fleet from our servers. E.g. One of your customers complains that your driver was not on site at their location on time, they were over two hours late, but this was over 10 days ago. Fleetsmart allows you to select the date in question, then the vehicle and all the data will be plotted instantly either to the map on your screen allowing you to see all the drivers activities for that day. These include, what time your driver set off, arrived, left and even if he stopped off for breakfast!

Possibly the most powerful feature incorporated into our Fleetsmart system are our advanced reporting features. These allow you to load a powerful array of different transit reports to your screen in a matter of seconds. These reports can display all of the information received and stored by our systems from the trackers we install in your fleet. This allows you to pick any day / group of days / week / month and any fleetsmart will provide you with a report which you can view / save / email or print allowing you to compile and record vehicle locations / journeys / fuel costs and mileage for one vehicle or your whole fleet.
Below are a few examples of some of the reports included with the Fleetsmart package :-
- Activity Report - Displays all the journeys a vehicle has made in a specific time period. Useful for discovering a particular route taken by a driver or for expenses reports as total mileage and total fuel used is also calculated.
- Usage Report - Displays a graphical representation of vehicle usage within 24hrs. Very useful for working out if your drivers have had the engine idling for long periods of time, thus wasting fuel. Stationary time is displayed in blue. Idle time displayed in red. In-transit time displayed in blue.
- Exception Report - Displays whenever a rule has been broken such as a vehicle speeding or entering point of interest alert zones.
- Start Stop Report (with maps) - Displays all the stops a vehicle has made with a map showing the location of every stop. Very useful for determining when and where drivers made any stops or viewing journeys with maps for a specific day.
Our further advanced offering is the ideal solution for the larger scale fleet manager. JWS has formed a close partnership with Microlise, a Nottingham based software developer who already cater directly for some of the nation’s largest fleets.
This is a two way agreement where they continue to provide for the larger fleets and JWS use the fleetsmart brand to provide for the SME market. JWS are to cover the ‘white van’ market in the UK using their solution branded to fleetsmart. Our current project is to expand the sales force considerably to cater for this plan.
The advanced offering enables us to provide proof of delivery services, data messaging between base and driver, integrated voice, RFID tagging for assets and much more.

We have developed a ‘dots on maps’ solution to provide a cut down, web accessed system for the lighter user.
Mapping can be viewed in 2D or 3D, satellite or hybrid. Historic data is also provided as is a cut down reports package.
This product can be financially tailored to suit all budgets with in house rental schemes available as well as lease packages with a wide range of funding houses
